Service

ReviewGuard AU provides Google Review monitoring support and response-draft assistance for local businesses. Services may include periodic review checks, low-star review alerts, English/Chinese response drafts, and reputation summaries.

Important limits

• We do not guarantee removal of negative reviews.
• We do not guarantee improvement in Google rating, bookings, traffic, or revenue.
• We are not affiliated with Google.
• Clients are responsible for approving public replies before posting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Plans

• Starter: from A$49/month.
• Pro: from A$99/month.
• Premium: from A$199/month.

Cancellation

Paid monthly services can be cancelled according to the written agreement or invoice terms. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law or agreed in writing.
