Business name, address, website, phone number, and public contact details.
Client contact name and email if provided.
Public review information from platforms such as Google Reviews.
Service notes needed to prepare reports and response drafts.
Billing information such as invoices and payment status.

How we use information

To provide review monitoring and response-draft services.
To prepare audit reports and reputation summaries.
To communicate with clients or prospects.
To issue invoices and manage accounts.
To improve the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell client data.
We do not publish review replies on behalf of a client unless authorised.
We do not claim to be affiliated with Google.

Public review data

Some reports may refer to public review content. Public reviews can still contain personal information, so we minimise copying review text where practical and use summaries where appropriate.
